CAN YOU FIX THE ABOVE MALFUNCTION?

Can you fix the other 4 malfunctions? Are you a bit rusty with your firearm handling skills or maybe you have never shot that new gun? Are you seeking to be safer and able to operate your handgun more efficiently? Our defensive pistol class is designed for you! We begin our class with a review and demonstration of firearm safety rules.

This will be followed by shooting fundamentals and dry fire exercises to assess everyone's abilities and for you to practice.

We will cover holster presentation and how you can safely holster and draw your firearm. (Yes it is a big deal) Next, we cover magazine exchanges both speed and tactical, emergency action drills to get your pistol back in action after a malfunction, shooting multiple targets, shooting and moving, basic marksmanship, and maintenance of your firearm.

If you have been to one of our concealed carry classes this is the next step to continue your firearms training! If you have had some shooting experience we will “point” you in the right direction to be more comfortable, competent and confident with your firearm.

What you need to bring…

Bring a modern firearm in any caliber, 250 rounds of ammunition, a leather or kydex type holster designed for the firearm you are bringing (no fabric holsters or inside the waistband holsters allowed), a sturdy belt, a magazine pouch and two extra magazines, eye and ear protection. (we have ear protection). We recommend a button up or a turtleneck shirt as sometime flying brass is hot! Please bring a hat, sunscreen and water.

* we have a few rental handguns available in .22 and 9mm. They are first come first served and the rental fee is $25.
