Defector Academy Presents: Wayfinding Weekend

Defector Academy's Wayfinding Weekend is a two day group experience, with dedicated time blocks for each stage of the Defector Academy Framework - working through the steps in community with other aspiring Defectors.

DAY 1

7pm-8:30pm | Introductions, Ground Rules and Review of VALUES

(In which wayfinding begins with defining our core values)

You'll then be sent off for the evening to ponder a few pieces of the subsequent stages of the framework. We'll reconvene in the morning to resume our work together!

DAY 2

11am-12:30pm | SKILLS (in which wayfinding continues by clarifying the strengths and skills we want to amplify along our journey)

12:30pm-2pm | UTILITY (in which wayfinding involves exploring what fields, industries, or roles need and appreciate our skills)

2pm-3pm | BREAK (take lunch, check on the family, power nap, whatever you'd like!)

3pm-3:30pm | NETWORKS (in which our wayfinding is fortified with the strength of our friends, colleagues, etc.)

3:30pm-4:45pm | ARTIFACTS (in which our wayfinding is effectively reflected on paper)

4:45pm-5pm | Final Reflections and Closing
