Come to Treehaven for a restorative day of silent meditation, walking meditation, and Qigong. The day will include teachings and time for questions and discussion. A healthy lunch and snack will be provided.
*Previous meditation experience is required to attend.*
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS:
KATHY MITCHELL, MA, is a Buddhist practitioner and long-term psychotherapist. She blends these two practices to teach strategies that enhance stability, awareness, and compassion.
CORRINA PETTERSON has studied and practiced meditation in various traditions for nearly two decades. She integrates her understanding of this practice with training in equine experiential learning to offer spiritual direction and facilitate personal growth.
