Instructor: Robyn Zappy, LPTA, LMT - Pa State Board MT provider 

 This class will cover tissue depth, end feel and comprehensive treatment protocols for working on the tendons, ligaments, and muscles with effective neuromuscular and deep tissue strokes. 

What you will learn:

• Effective neuromuscular techniques 
• how to complete a functional assessment so you know where to work and how 
• postural evaluation techniques
• ROM, end feel and proper stretching 
• Review of muscles and trigger points 

This is a hands-on interactive lecture/lab class, please be prepared to get on the tables and work on each other! Comfortable lab clothes are a must.
