DECODE YOUR BODY'S INTELLIGENCE TO REST, RESTORE AND RENEW

The Winter Series of Deep Rest and Renew Timeouts will enable you to discover and decode simple secrets to access deep rest and renewal to build and maintain healthy habits - especially as you move throught the dormant period of winter

Allow yourself to surrender into deep rest through an immersive multi-modal practice based on Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga techniques. Nurture your body, mind and soul and feel totally relaxed

A DEEPLY NOURISHING EXPERIENCE FOR WINTER

You will explore simple restful poses to unwind, relax and de-stress to repair your mind and body and take pressure of our bodily functions for a mini-time out.

Give yourself permission for a juicy dose of ‘me-time’ to re-establish the deep connection to your mind and body to access states of rest and relaxation for deep rest and renewal.

Communicate with your mind and your body to dial down the flight or fight mechanism and tell yourself there is no tension or danger – reducing the stress hormones and increasing the positive hormones we need to feel restore and renew.

Move from ‘knowing’ mode to ‘being’ mode. You will connect with your body’s intelligence to recognise when you need to rest, restore and renew and go there.

Deeply and without apology.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

A seated, slow and passive Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga Practice allowing you to slowly drop into poses to find stillness in the body and mind. This is an opportunity to promote softness in your muscles while stimulating the connective tissues through resting into poses which are held for 3-5 minutes, allowing gravity to do the work. You can expect to rest, deeply and allow your body to restore and renew.

You will leave feeling relaxed and renewed.

This is a beautiful, slow and very grounding guided practice, requiring very little effort, other than to listen and move...very slowly.

The hardest part? Leaving! You will love this deep restful practice.

Time: 2.00pm - 4.30pm

What to bring: Yoga mats supplied. Just bring your own nutritious snacks


TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS EVENT

Wear your stretchy Sunday best: you want unrestricted comfrot. You will be entering the zone of relaxation and rest. Please wear you unapogetic stretch Sunday best.

Nourish your body and mind: Bring your own nutritious snacks.

Don't rush: arrive 10 minute early to settle in and take your time when leaving. Don't undo all the good work you will be doing during this event.
