Come nourish yourself in deep listening and mindful connection with sound and food at our first ever sensory immersion of sound, scent, and taste.

NY-based sound practitioner, music therapist, and multi-instrumentalist, Katie Down (MT-BC, LCAT) joins local meditation coach Paul Bosky and chef Lee Davidson in offering a sumptuous and sensuous meditative evening. Bring a yoga mat and your favorite blanket (although we'll have some as well) and experience the coziness of music and meditation, creating and sharing food with community.

Suggested Donation:
$30 - $50 for full event
$20 - $30 for sound portion only
$20 - $30 for cooking portion only

Collaborator Bios

Katie Down, (MT-BC, LCAT) is a licensed creative arts therapist, music psychotherapist, Reiki practitioner, deep listening practitioner and teacher. She has been facilitating sound bath meditations and deep listening workshops for over 10 years offering classes, and training programs in music therapy and sound meditation/healing as well as clinical supervision for LCATs, LCSWs, MDs and other creative arts therapists.

Paul Bosky helps guide people to a place of inner peace and freedom through meditation, conscious movement, and subtle awareness. As a meditation coach at el guia meditation, Paul brings his decades of experience as a yogi, meditation practitioner, and spiritual scholar to help guide you on your path to clarity, serenity and liberation.

Chef Lee Davidson, founder of Made2Gather, started her culinary journey by being creative and experimental in her home kitchens. She was raised in the midst of two cultures, South African and Israeli, where she was always eating, sharing and connecting with her community. She then explored more of her passion for food and hospitality, working in catering and restaurants while studying arts and design in London.

Event to take place in a private home. Limited seats available.
