Australia’s Terry Martin and Romania’s Zina Burloiu are internationally renowned artists in the medium of wood, as well as frequent collaborators. Since they first worked together twenty years ago, their collaboration has intensified into an international success story. Martin’s woodturning and Burloiu’s carving come together as beautifully hand-crafted sculptural objects, and the theme of their 2017 partnership, “Deep Collaboration,” will come to audiences at Fuller Craft Museum. This one-day event comprises a two-hour morning demonstration by Martin and Burloiu, an afternoon lecture/Powerpoint, and a pop-up show of their recent work.
Demonstration: 10:30 am – 12:30 pm
Lecture/Powerpoint: 2:00 – 3:30 pm
Demonstration is included with admission fee.
Lecture: $7 ($15 Nonmembers)
