Interviews are not just an opportunity for your potential new employer to get to know you and decide if you are a good fit for them. It’s also your opportunity to interview THEM to determine if THEY are a good fit for YOU!
You want to determine if the culture is a good fit for you, if the team’s communication style and conflict resolution style is a good fit for you, if the manager’s management style is a good fit for you, if they support the causes you care about most and more.
