Leading Organizations to Design Excellence
Design-driven products and organizations depend on visionary leadership and effective
decision making approaches. From the facilitation of broad stakeholder input and ideas to the relentless analysis and synthesis into design strategy and vision, design leaders must be masters of evangelism, consensus-building and definitive vision-setting.

In this hands-on workshop, we will walk through the leadership methods, frameworks and metrics we employ in consulting and facilitating design decision-making sessions with companies large and small.

Jodi has spent the past 10 years leading creative teams in envision and realizing next-generation design solutions that have had a lasting impact on users. Jodi has shepherded some of Punchcut’s clients’ most complex, ground-breaking opportunities to market. As Senior Director of Insights, Jodi is active in crafting highly tailored project approaches and remains deeply involved with the oversight and guidance of an effort to ensure it maps to the client’s measures for success. Jodi is deeply skilled in understanding how to best prioritize, organize and lead complex multi-track engagements, and enable healthy collaboration between Punchcut and its clients.

When should I arrive to the workshop?

8:30 to 8:50am Meet and Greet with light breakfast and coffee.
9:00am Training Workshop will start promptly


Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

You must be 18 years or older to attend this acceleration workshop.


What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Punchcut is conveniently located a block off a Market St. in San Francisco's financial district. All public transit options are available with city parking garages within one block from Punchcut's offices.


How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

If you have any questions email training@punchcut.com and we are happy to provide the help you need.


What's the refund policy?

We accept refunds up to seven days before the commencement of the training session.

Also, please note that we reserve the right to cancel any training class up to 7 days prior to the start date of the session. If that happens, we'll notify you promptly and give you a full refund or the option to attend another session within six months. We are not responsible for travel expenses or any costs that may be incurred as a result of a cancellation.


Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please bring evidence of your registration physical or digital and an ID.


Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another qualified individual by contacting training@punchcut.com.
