Each month we come together for conversation and activities to improve our wellness. No matter where you are in your path to wellness, you are welcome here. Let's focus on what we can do to stay well!
We are inclusive in our support group, and you don't need to have a specific diagnosis or even have a diagnosis at all. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use, or anything else, you can find support here. Activities that we have done include art therapy, affirmations, positive psychology interventions, and wellness planning. We are a small support group, so you are sure to get the intimate, one-on-one support and attention that you need.
