Attendees will learn about myriad approaches schools and districts are taking to support the fastest growing student population in the country. The LEC tours provide real world examples of why increasing and retaining Latinx education professionals is at the heart of the LEC’s work. Participants will see first-hand the need for increased representation and learn about the positive impacts it has on the achievement of all students.
