Continental Breakfast will be available in the Multi-Purpose Room from 8AM to 9AM.


The Morning Devotional will begin at 9AM in the Sanctuary. Workshops will commence no later than 9:15AM.


Featured Workshops include:

A Queen's Worth - Join the Women's Ministry as we challenge ourselves to dig deeper in discovering our self worth from the inside out. This workshop will give us insight on whether we have placed ourselves on the clearance rack or behind the glass.

God has designed us to be a royal priesthood and a chosen generation, therefore, we must see ourselves as Jesus sees us. Join us for this lively discussion on living a "valued" life.

Awana New and Returning Instructor and Parents Training- This workshop will provide an overview of the Awana children and youth bible study ministry. Useful information and handouts regarding various Awana roles will be given to participants that are considering volunteering in Awana, are new Awana volunteers, veteran Awana volunteers, and even parents.


Evangelism Training / "Witnessing 101"- "Witnessing 101" - If you can't preach like Paul, or sing like Angels, you can tell what you have seen with your eyes and heard with your ears - about the pure love and grace of God! And we can help you point people to His Word. Join us on Impact Saturday to see how your personal witness can draw others unto eternal salvation!


HIV, Stigma & The Black Church: The Social Justice Imperative- There have been many advancements regarding medication of HIV including prevention. However, the African American community continues to account for a higher proportion of new HIV diagnoses when compared to other races/ethnicities. Join us for engaging conversation and an opportunity to hear about HIV through the lens of health experts and those affected by and living with HIV. Come prepared to ask questions and share experiences to collectively develop strategies to end stigma and the epidemic.


"How To Turn Your Job, Hobby or Dream Into a Business"- Have you ever thought about starting a business, but didn’t know how? Do you think you have skills or products that you believe others would pay you for, but don’t know how to make it happen? Do you have a hobby that you’re very good at and everyone says you can make money from it, but don’t know how? Do you have a business, but don’t know how to take it to the next level? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this seminar is for you. In this one and one-half hour interactive seminar, the seminar leader will take you through the journey of starting, maintaining, and growing your business, based on your current or previous job, hobby, or dream.

In this book, the author shares her personal caregiving stories and her experiences caring for her elderly parents, and her practical advice can be helpful to anyone who provides care regardless of the age of person receiving care.
