Event description

Description

Open to homeschool families, Humane Indiana Wildlife welcomes your homeschooled student to attend a seminar about threats to native wildlife. From air and water pollution to agriculture run off to habitat distruction, our native species have many other challenges to overcome than solely finding food, water, and shelter. Join our educator as we talk about some of the most damaging threats to our wildlife and see if we can come up with alternatives to current practices. Your student will also have the ability to meet some of our most sensitive and threatened species in Indiana, our amphibians. Registration is required for students ages 5 and up, younger siblings are welcome to attend for free. Parents/ guardians are also welcome to attend for free. A discount is available for families with multiple children.
