LLC: Learn, Lead & Communicate
This program will reintroduce the "Lost Art of Listening." It will deal with communication between genders as well as in an overall context.
In order for any communication to take place, there needs to be both a sender and a receiver. While being a dynamic presenter is important, good listening skills are crucial and can help in a multitude of ways, too. This interactive and fun workshop deals with how listening impacts our lives. Attendees will learn:
- the importance of listening
- how to improve their listening skills
- the significance of body language in listening
- how to persuade others
- a five step listening method
This program will educate participants to be better communicators, better employees, better employers and better speakers.
