This months cupping focuses on the origin of coffee. We'll be tasting some delicious coffees from three major coffee producing countries and how they differ from country to country. There will be a brief look at varietals and altitudes however, for a more in depth look at these don't hesitate to attend our cuppings in January and February respectively.
On the first Wednesday of each month we run informal cupping sessions open to all.
Coffee cupping is a method used to observe and compare the qualities, tastes and aromas of brewed coffee. It is a professional technique, but can be practiced by anyone who would like to understand more about different coffees. The sessions start at 6pm, last approximately 1-1.5 hours and are free to attend. All are welcome - no experience necessary!
