Motion to approve an application to the NYSLA for a new On-Premises liquor license on behalf of Anchor Management LLC at 356 6th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11217.

Motion to conditonally approve an application to the Landmarks Preservation Commission to obtain a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow for the enlargement of a rear yard extension at 101 Saint John’s Place, Brooklyn, NY 11217. The conditions for the approval are: That the railings on the extension be made of wrought iron, painted black and vertical.
