What is SoulfulTONE you ask? Well....SoulfulTONE is a 35 minute combination of mindful stretching and strength training. This class will allow you to flow through the day and help your body lengthen out after intense cardio sessions and help strengthen your core for daily life. SoulfulTONE will work on muscle engagements that are typically ignored. It is time to prioritize our glutes, hips, abs and back! This is a low impact, small movement class that will result in BIG changes. To maximize results we ask that you have your resistance loops ready for low, medium and high muscle challenges.
