"The Changing Role & Opportunities for Quality Professionals with Data"

Overview: This presentation explores how the role of a quality professional is changing with the integration of data analytics. It highlights case examples of how “big data” has assisted organizations in improving quality processes through deeper insights, leveraging data analytic tools and software.

An overview of the basic data analytics framework is also covered, along with some of the common software tools/applications currently used.
