Heat Recovery Technologies by Tony DeCrescenzo* | ElitAire - The topic will cover different heat recovery technologies that are available today for both the air and water side of HVAC systems. The pros and cons of each type will be discussed, as well as their typical applications.
PACE Financing Update by Jean Carter Ryan* | Columbus-Franklin County Finance Authority - Jean will provide the latest updates on PACE Financing by the Columbus-Franklin County Finance Authority.

TONY DECRESCENZO has been serving the HVAC industry since 2005. He has experience in both the Columbus and Denver markets and has a background in both HVAC equipment as well as HVAC controls. Tony graduated from Ohio State with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2005. Tony has served as a board member for the American Society for Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) since 2013.
JEAN CARTER RYAN is President of the Columbus-Franklin County Finance Authority. The Columbus-Franklin County Finance Authority is a public agency designed to facilitate capital investments by the private, non-profit and public sectors in Central Ohio. Jean is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations of the Finance Authority, which is a port authority under Ohio law. Since 2007, the Finance Authority has issued over $1.2 billion in financing projects that will invest more than $1.4 billion in Central Ohio.
Jean was previously the Deputy Director of the Economic Development Division within the Ohio Department of Development. Jean oversaw the Offices of Business Development, Tax Incentives, Workforce Development, Financial Incentives, Loan and Grant Servicing, and Small Business.
Jean has a B.A. in American Studies from Smith College, Northampton, MA and a Masters in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University. Jean serves on the following boards: the Central Ohio Transit Authority, Mid-Ohio Development Exchange, Women in Public Finance – Ohio Chapter (founding member), and the Human Services Levy Review Commission of Franklin County.

The Parking garages adjacent to the north side of the Ohio Union are operated by CampusParc. Their number is 614-688-0000 and their website is: http://www.campusparc.com/osu/. The following instructions and links provide helpful information on how to use their parking facilities.
Ohio Union South Garage (http://www.campusparc.com/osu/garages/ohio-union-south) - The Ohio Union South Garage is located immediately adjacent to the north side of the building with access from High Street and College Road. This garage offers 800 visitor-only spaces, including accessible parking and main campus disability permit access. Recommended for non-University guests.
Ohio Union North Garage (http://www.campusparc.com/osu/garages/ohio-union-north) - The Ohio Union North Garage is located just north of the Ohio Union South Garage and provides an additional 600 visitor parking spaces during off-peak hours. Guests of the Ohio Union may utilize this garage from 4:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday, unless Campus Parc is pre-selling the South garage. Guests without valid permits may not access this garage during peak hours.
Upon arrival, please pull a ticket from the gate machine. You must have this white ticket to depart from either garage. At the meeting, OCCAEE will provide you with a Single Exit Voucher (pink), you will need this and your gate ticket (total of two tickets) to exit the garage.
