The San Diego Chapter ISACA is pleased to host ‘Securing the Small Office Home Office Network’.
Joseph Oregon, Founder, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Cyber Intelligence Unit Manager and board member of the San Diego ISACA chapter.
Securing the Small Office Home Office Network: Malicious cyber activity is constantly morphing, from the days of simple attacks which focused on harassment of random users, to the very recent, popular ransomware attacks against specific individuals and businesses. In an attempt to lessen their cyber footprint, malicious cyber criminals have increased their focus on wide-scale attacks against small office/home office networks. The need to address strong cyber practices at the small office/ home office network level is paramount to not only small medium businesses survival but our national economy at large. ISACA’s Securing the small office/home office lecture will focus on leveraging free and open source resources which help create Defense in Depth while minimizing overhead costs.
