- Orientation is this Saturday at 10:45am
- Wear workout clothes
- Be ready to sweat
- Bring dry athletic shoes, water bottle, and towel
- Orientation is 1 hour
- We will be explaining the entire flow of our Bootcamps
- Please save all questions for nutrition for inside the private Facebook group.
What if I can't make it to orientation?
