Learn to examine progress monitoring data and analyze the impact of interventions. A focus is placed on continuous progress monitoring, both at the skill and grade level. The process of regular examination of student data is explored and reinforced by systematic protocols that guide next steps in intervention decision making. We also demonstrate a tier 2 problem-solving process that guides participants through systematic review for those students not making progress in targeted interventions. To make use of the content in this workshop, participants should have implemented tier 2 interventions and collected progress monitoring data.
Prior participation in the full day PRESS workshop Tier 2 Interventions and Introduction to Progress Monitoring (either at the U of M or hosted by a school/district) is required.
