Queens of Distinction is a millennial focused debutante program that serves as a rites of passage for young ladies transitioning into womanhood.

4. Social (Interpersonal and Civility) Skills
5. Spiritual Life
6. Femininity Development and Maintenance
*Like traditional debutante programs, Queens of Distinction Debs will receive training in how to be graceful, poise and exude confidence.
To be considered for the Debutante Program, candidates must possess and/or submit documentation according to the following criteria:
Must be a female currently enrolled in high school or with proof of Home Schooling
Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 and above
A current transcript or report card signed by the appropriate counselor or principal
Three letters of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, school administrator, mentor, any social or civil organization, or employer
A one-page letter of interest that includes the applicant’s hobbies, interests, goals and aspirations.
A current 3x5 head shot photograph of the candidate
The debutantes are selected based on the following criteria:
Must be actively attending high school or able to submit home schooling documentation.
Must be single, never married, and not a parent.
Must attend all activities.
Responsible for selling a minimum of ten (10) Cotillion Ball Tickets.
Responsible for selling a one-page ad for the Ball program.
The Debutante must be prepared to pay a Debutante Fee (“the Fee”) of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00).
The fee may be paid on an installment plan established by The Eastern School of Etiquette and the Debutante’s parent.
The Debutante may solicit local businesses, family and/or friends to sponsor her fee.
A minimum of (4) sponsors will be listed in the program book.
All money orders and checks should be made payable to The Eastern School of Etiquette.
