Monthly Event - First Sunday of every month: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (CST)
The MetroBoard will be assisting with dinner services every First Sunday at Deborah's Place - Chicago’s largest provider of supportive housing exclusively for women, recognized as an innovative leader among homeless service providers locally and nationally.
Location: 1530 N. Sedwick in Old Town
Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Volunteers Needed: 3 to 4
Volunteers Duties: Volunteers will cook and serve Sunday dinner to the ladies living in the transitional housing shelter.
Attire: Please dress comfortably and wear comfortable shoes. Don't forget to represent MetroBoard by wearing your MetroBoard t-shirt and dark jeans or pants. If you do not have a shirt one can be purchased at the next MetroBoard meeting or red and black colored t-shirts are recommended.
