This training, led by James C. Holmes, Special Agent, Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Criminal Investigation and Hillary Donald, Forensic Investigator, Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office, will provide valuable information on how to conduct a thorough death scene investigation, including utilization of doll reenactment. Attendees will gain a greater understanding of what information is important to medical examiners, coroners and law enforcement when investigating a child death.
