Death Cafe May 3rd 7pm-9pm
In conjunction Work III and its themes of dying, we will be hosting a Death Cafe at Globe Gallery. At a Death Cafe, people often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss death. The objective is 'to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives'. A Death Cafe is a group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counselling session.
This session will be hosted by Katie darby-villis and Katie Robinson. Booking is essential as is an appetite for hot beverages and cake.
There are only 25 places due to the intimate nature of the event.
