Event description

Description

Join Elspeth Penny, an arts and health specialist interested in using creative approaches to living well with breathlessness, Dr Alice Malpass from the Wellcome Trust funded Life of Breath project and Louise Jenkins, an artist who is using breath and the experience of breathlessness as a starting point for a new piece of work. Elspeth, Alice and Louise will guide you through a series of playful, creative and reflective activities to help you experience and even see your breath and your breathlessness in new ways. This event is part of Being Human festival 2017, a programme of activities responding to the theme 'lost and found' https://beinghumanfestival.org
