Christine McCarthy (’81) most recently served as EVP for corporate real estate, alliances and treasurer of The Walt Disney Company. Prior to joining Disney in 2000 she had an 18-year career in banking, including a role as CFO of Imperial Bancorp and various executive positions at First Interstate Bancorp.

McCarthy has been named one of Treasury & Risk’s 100 Most Influential People in Finance multiple times. She was hailed as Treasury Today’s Woman of the Year in 2015, won Los Angeles Business Journal’s Executive of the Year in June 2016, and in December 2016 was honored as one of the Entertainment Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Entertainment. With a long-standing passion for women’s education, she is a trustee of the Westridge School for Girls and mentors women interested in STEM fields.

McCarthy completed her B.A. in biological sciences at Smith College and an MBA in marketing and finance at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
