Mindfulness is a recommended practice to help reduce anxiety, chronic pain, insomnia & stress.

About this event

Mindfulness can be intimidating to start as a practice. How do you do it? I can't quiet my mind, am I doing it wrong? Beyond discussing the health and stress reduction benefits mindfulness can offer, we will share practical tips for adding little bits of mindfulness to your day, and share resources to help you find a mindful practice that works for you.
