Event description

Description

Not all partners are created equal and over time the capabilities or willingness of one or more to serve the collective may wane. What if a partner begins operating in their own self-interest over that of the group, eroding trust, or actively trying to dissolve the network? Nonprofit leaders need to make hard decisions on the best way to intervene while preserving the network’s overarching mission and delivery of services.

In this session, we will discuss how to identify “toxic nodes” within your network and what nonprofit leaders can do to manage or eliminate them.
