Dealing With Difficult Behaviors
Many organizations are committed to providing quality customer service and meeting the needs of their clients while treating them with dignity and respect. This can be a real challenge when someone’s behavior pushes your buttons.
In this training, we’ll give you practical tools and specific strategies you can use when confronted with difficult behaviors in the workplace. Learn to identify the most common difficult behaviors, how to set boundaries, and communicate more effectively. This training is suitable for anyone who regularly interacts with the public as part of their job including receptionists, administrative and customer service staff, as well as supervisors and managers.
