Description

In the course of our practice we encounter a variety of disturbing emotions. One of the most harmful of these is anger - particularly "righteous anger" or "justifiable anger." On this occasion, Ven. Sangye Khadro, who has been a Buddhist nun for 45 years, will explain how to tame the arising of anger and steer the mind back towards the path of Awakening.

All levels of practitioners are welcome.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:

Ven. Sangye Khadro become a Buddhist nun in 1974 at Kopan Monastery in Nepal. She has been trained by many of the contemporary masters of Tibetan Buddhism, including Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Lama Yeshe, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Geshe Ngawang Dhargyey, and Khensur Jampa Tegchok. She has been teaching Buddhism for more than forty years and has authored several books on Buddhist practice.
