Suehiro Densho Yamahai Junmai
The founder of the brewery, Inosuke, came from Shinjo family – a retainer and a renowned sake supplier forthe Lord of Aizu, Hoshina Masayuki. Later, he established cadency apart from the main line of the family and started one on his own. At the same time, he got into sake brewing business and established the brewery in 1850.
