DDYP Monthly Gathering: Guided Meditation and Thanksgiving Tea Ceremony on 11/16
Saturday, November 16, 2013 from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM (EST)
Dear DDYP friends,
It is time for our monthly gathering! It was great having some of you at our previous gathering. Hope you had good experiences and gained some useful knowledge through the Heart Sutra discussion and tea meditation. Event photos are now available at http://goo.gl/ENtRbb.
November is Thanksgiving month!
This month, we will have Eight-form moving and sitting meditation practices led by Venerable Chang Yu, followed by a Thanksgiving Tea Ceremony. Through motion and stillness, you will be able to cultivate relaxation of body and calmness of mind. You will also have the unique experience of being a tea host by brewing and serving tea!
If you would like to bring thanksgiving to your everyday routine...
