D&D Insurance: Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention Training
California law requires that employers with 50+ employees provide at least two hours of classroom or other effective interactive training and education regarding sexual harassment to all supervisory employees at least once every two years, and new supervisory employees must receive the required training within six months of assuming the supervisory position. This two-hour California Manager Harassment Course is designed to meet these requirements, including coverage of the content guidelines as set forth in AB 1825, SB 292, and AB 2053.
California managers will review their responsibilities for preventing unwelcome and harassing behavior from occurring in their work groups and will receive guidance about the appropriate responses and measures to take if such behavior does occur.
