Meet our Host! Dan Kapr, Comedian
Dan has performed all over the country, appearing in numerous festivals, and headlining clubs and other venues in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Dan blends offbeat absurdist humor with personal stories. People frequently describe his material as smart, fun, and weirdly relatable, and he tends to be a crowd favorite. He currently hosts a podcast about joke writing called Dan Has Jokes. https://www.dankapr.com/about

Meet Our Judges!

-Emily Rasowsky:
Emily is an entrepreneur and award-winning digital strategist. She is the founder of the Women in Tech Campaign, a company that helps women in technology together solve conflict related to inequity of race and gender in the office. Emily also is the Director if Marketing at the DC energy tech startup, Sparkfund. She is an avid speaker and in her spare time teaches yoga across the city.

-Rachel Koretsky:
Rachel is the founder of UPace and an organizer for DC Startup Week. Join her this year for the biggest DC Startup Week (DCSW) event yet!

-Shahier Rahman:
Shahier is the partnerships specialist for General Assembly DC. He was previously the regional business development manager for DC incubator and venture fund, 1776. Before moving to DC, Shahier co-founded Central Florida's first tech incubator, Canvs. You can also find him doing stand-up comedy in dive bars around town.

-Adam Zuckerman:
Adam is an Eisenhower Fellow, Senior Advisor at Public Democracy, the founder of Fosterly, an advisor to numerous startups, an angel investor, and former intrapranuer and VC at Discovery. He now consults for organizations ranging in size from startups to Fortune 500 companies, universities, and governments -- often with a sustainability and future facing technology impact focus -- around the world.
