Description

PTAC of South Central Michigan is excited to present to you an opportunity to attend this FREE Training!

The DCAP is a program that assists companies in the defense supply chain with becoming compliant with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-171. All companies in the defense supply chain are now required to be compliant with these guidelines or are in jeopardy of losing contracts.

The Defense Cybersecurity Assurance Program, DCAP, through a grant from the Department of Defense’s Office of Economic Adjustment, provides financial and consulting support to companies that have a strong need for support in achieving compliance with NIST 800-171. The University of Michigan, along with its partners, The Ohio State University and Purdue University, provide compliance assistance to companies with operations in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.

The training will be presented by Jani Hatchett of the Economic Growth Institute. Parking in the back of the building is free. Come through rear door with above sign 500 E. Michigan. We are on the 2nd floor, room 200.
