***FAQs***
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Yes, the DC Weirdo Show takes place at the Bier Baron Tavern, a bar in Dupont Circle. Please bring ID and be over 21.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? There is free street parking available. We are fond of 23rd Street for good, free parking closeby after 6:30 pm but always give yourself time to park in DC. The Dupont Circle Metro station (red line) is your best bet for public transportation. Take the Q Street exit to walk towards the Bier Baron (approx. 10 min walk). We end around 11pm for those who use the Metro system.
What can/can't I bring to the event? The DC Weirdo Show loves birthday parties. You are welcome to bring birthday cake into the venue. YES bring your friends, YES bring your camera, YES bring your weird! Please tell us you are celebrating your birthday with us when you get your ticket - we will reach out to you and arrange your DC Weirdo Show birthday experience.
Is it reserved seating? Unless you buy a "Weirdos, Party of Four" VIP 4-ticket package, it is open table seating at the Bier Baron. We recommend arriving early to secure a good spot - or go for a Weirdos Party of Four and we'll hold a sweet table for you + three of your favorite weirdos!
Is the venue accessible? Unfortunately, the Bier Baron is not fully wheelchair accessible. There are several concrete steps leading up to the front door of the venue. We are working on securing ASL interpretation for our show.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions? To contact the producers of the DC Weirdo Show, email us at michelle@dcweirdoshow.com or mark@dcweirdoshow.com. To contact the Bier Baron, call 202-293-1887.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Nope. There will be a list at the door; just show your ID and you're good to go.
