Set on the rooftop of 1000 Maine Ave SW, overlooking the city it serves, the DC Firefighters Burn Foundation Night at the Wharf features DC restaurants, local spirits and an area rock band for an unforgettable evening! The event also showcases a silent auction filled with unique experiences and events, with funds going to burn survivor education and support, specifically our partnership with Children's National Hospital. Founded by retired and active firefighters, the Foundation has a special empathy for burn survivors - no other group understands the devastation that fire wreaks on the human body and spirit.
