American Museum of Natural History
Central Park West & 79th St.
New York, NY 10024
The American Museum of Natural History invited us to break the day at EarthFest, the Museum’s Earth Day celebration.
That's it. We're doing it.
In 2019, this leading scientific and cultural institution in the world celebrates 150 rotations ’round the sun. As part of the American Museum of Natural History’s EarthFest(!!) on Saturday April 13th, we’re answering the call of the wild with a dancing celebration.
Deep inside the woods of one of our favorite museums, let’s live like the animals do and dance to our planet’s greatest gifts. Kick off the morning with your choice of yoga, acro yoga (both by Modo Yoga) or “The Class by Taryn Toomey” (taught by Taryn herself!). The Class is a music-driven practice of self study through physical conditioning and it will blow your mind, body and heart wide open. Come ready to expand.
Yoga will be held under The Titanosaur, and in the Birds of the World Hall. The Class inside the Akeley African Mammals Hall… #casual
As the sun rises above, we’ll remember that everything on this earth holds beauty — all we have to do is marvel in it. Wear something animal-inspired — panda onesies, cat ears, bunny tails. Anything is pawsible.
See you on the dance floor, party animal.
