The purpose of this course is to integrate mindfulness and compassion into your daily life, so you can be more calm and reclaim your life.

About this Event


The purpose of this course (intermediate-level) is to integrate mindfulness and compassion into your daily life. This will directly influence the way you are with yourself at home and work. You will be more grounded, calmer and happier as a result. Each week you will learn to use your senses to live fully in the moment, manage your thoughts with consideration and find more joy and fulfillment with tasks at hand. Mindfulness and compassion are two powerful resources within you can develop to help move forward with your life.

Led by Karuna Priya, a former Buddhist monk and Nitima Shrestha, a Holistic Counsellor. Karuna and Nitima are two very experienced meditation teachers in London who have worked with people from all walks of lives and have helped see themselves from new angles and learn to be gentle with themselves.
