Knights of Columbus Charity Poker Event
Texas Hold'em Tournament.
February 24th Friday Evening
Starts at 7pm Sign in begins at 6pm
The Orange County Chapter of the Knights of Columbus will sponsor the 38th annual “Day of Sharing” carnival benefitting the intellectually disabled on April 22, 2017. In the past, this event was partially funded by a raffle, which has been discontinued. In it's place, a "Texas Hold'em" Tournament will be held at Fr. Kass Hall in Buena Park to help fund this meaningful event.
Entry Fee for the Tournament is $65 per player, which includes snacks (pulled pork or tri tip sliders). A full service, cash bar will also be available. Rebuys of $20 will be available, so bring some extra cash to help avoid an early exit.
PLAYERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER.
Food will be served during sign in, so come early. The First place winner's name and council number will be inscribed on our perpetual trophy and will receive a $500 gift card. Second place winner will receive a $250 gift card.
Individuals and Councils have the opportunity to sponsor a poker table for $200. This would help offset the costs of the tournaments. Each sponsor's name will be placed on a placard placed at the sponsored poker table for recognition. All donations of any amount are also greatly appreciated!
Help support the "Day of Sharing" by attending the tournament as a player or just come by as a guest. All funds will go directly to help fund this special day for the intellectually disabled of Orange County.
