USC Alumni Day of SCervice is almost here. It's where Trojans from around the world volunteer at local organizations to make their communities even better.
For our 6th annual SF Zoo volunteer project, we'll help restore and beautify the park and exhibits. The SF Zoo's mission is to connect people with wildlife, inspire caring for nature, and advance conservation action. The project will be physical at times, but a lot of fun. We may be moving sand and stones, plus other duties that may require lifting and bending. Please be prepared to work outdoors and wear comfortable clothing and sturdy, closed-toe, shoes. Dress warmly, with layers. Feel free to bring a hat, sunglasses, and/or a rain coat. The project will proceed rain or shine, as this project is entirely outdoors. Please wear appropriate clothes and shoes, as areas could get slippery and soggy. The Zoo will provide the tools needed for the project. Afterwards, you are welcome to enjoy the park and exhibits!
Registration is now open. Please note that space is limited for this event. In the case that capacity is reached, you may join the wait-list. You will be contacted one week prior to the event should space become available.
