Event description

Description

This retreat day is designed for those in their 20’s and 30’s who:

- are looking for a restorative day of prayer with others that includes silence and time in nature
- wish to learn more about contemplative prayer in the Christian tradition and explore different contemplative practices.

During this retreat, we will explore an introduction to the tradition of contemplative prayer as we unwind into the gifts of quiet and nature. Participants will engage in sessions of contemplative practices of gratitude and prayerful movement with time for silence, walking on the beautiful Retreat House grounds, sharing and discussion.
