Day of Recovery "Finding The Balance Within"

Join us for a day to celebrate recovery and wellness with the focus on mental health conditions, in order to increase awareness that recovery is possible. There will be activities that can benefit anyone including mindfulness, yoga, introduction to Wellness Recovery Action Planning, drumming and Zumba/POUND. This event is open to the public and is free. Advance registration is required as seating is limited.
