David Gauntlett is Professor of Creativity and Design at the University of Westminster, where he is also Co-Director of Research in the School of Media, Arts and Design. He is the author of the highly regarded and influential ‘Making is Connecting’ (2011), which has been widely discussed internationally.
David has pioneered creative research methods, in which participants make things - such as video, collage, drawing, or 3D models - as part of the process. He is a strong advocate for a collaborative making and doing culture.
