Data's role in a changing communication industry

QUT’s School of Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations has joined forces with communication, digital creative agency Rowland to explore the role data plays in communication and its influence on the decisions we make as communication professionals.
The first in a series of collaborative thought-leadership events, a panel of specialists from Rowland, Microsoft and QUT will present their theories and insights into how communicators can better harvest and use data in establishing truly engaging communities, across a range of channels.
Importantly, we question the future skill requirements of communication professionals and what the future holds for our profession.
