Facilitated by Deborah Ward (Dodge Foundation) and DataArts

You have entered all your data into the DataArts Platform and Arts Education Data Dashboard and learned how to correctly evaluate your programs…now it is time to reap the benefits! This workshop teaches arts and arts education organizations how to connect their data to stories about their mission and impact for more effective communications with stakeholders.

This workshop is designed for all grantees regardless of their stage in the evaluation process.

Registration Notes:

This workshop will feature two sessions, geared toward your organization’s data collection tools preference. Participants can choose to stay for one session or sign up for both sessions, space permitting.Lunch is provided between 12:00-12:30pm.

 Here are your options:

  • Morning DataArts Stories Session (10am-12:00pm): In the morning session, participants will review examples drawn from the DataArts data of effective case-making, learn how to select data points that support the case and appeal to the audience, employ a step-by-step process to develop a pitch, and practice these skills in a supportive workshop environment.
  • Afternoon Dodge Arts Education Data Stories Session (12:30pm-3:30pm): In the afternoon session, participants will dig into the data from the Dodge Arts Education Data Dashboard and other survey data they have been collecting and learn how to use that data to tell individual and collective impact stories.

We hope you will register in advance for all the webinars and workshops in the series, and no later than two weeks prior to the webinar/workshop event date. The workshops are generally limited to 35 participants and will fill up quickly!
