Description

How must the field engage new demographic cohorts now, in order to build their loyalty into the future?

Many organizations are reliant on the participation of aging Traditionalists and Baby Boomers. As these groups age, how can the field understand the changing demography of potential arts patrons in the Gen X and Gen Y cohorts now, in order to realize their full participation as they advance into new life stages?

In this session, you'll learn about the unique ways in which generation and ethnicity affect arts engagement. You’ll leave with strategies for how to evaluate this in your own organization and cultivate loyalty among these potential audiences, with the goal to secure their long-term participation. TRG will place data at the center of decision making, and participants will leave with a plan to boost the engagement of the various potential audience cohorts.
