Data-Driven Strength Training

This is a totally new strength training experience that you're going to love.
You’ll be using ‘smart’ equipment, developed by Ann Arbor-based startup, ShapLog. Just show up and work hard in this fun, instructor-led class. Everyone is welcome - the only pre-requisite is a desire to be your strongest self.
Our mission is to make the benefits of strength training more accessible. This class is for:
- Anyone interested in strength training (Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner)
- People who like seeing meaningful information about themselves
- Those interested in developing a sustainable strength training practice
Personalized strength analytics will open your eyes to your own potential, and illuminate a clear path to a lifetime of increased strength and power. Plus it'll be a really good workout.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
If you're not already a member of the gym, you'll be asked to sign a waiver. A free 7-day trial membership is included with your first ShapeLog class. If you love the classes and want to keep attending, there are great deals on an ongoing membership at the gym.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, you can transfer your registration up to an hour before the start of your class. No problem.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, just contact the organizer with your new information.
What Should I Expect in Class?
The first ten minutes are a warmup. The high-intensity strength circuit lasts forty minutes. During that time you'll be lifting at a variety of stations around the gym, and seeing your output on a big monitor. Your trainer will explain what watts and watt-hours are and how watching them can help you get stronger. The class will have no more than ten people, and you'll get a workout report via email immediately after class ends.
